Why I started Sweatpants and Systems LLC

For over 20 years, I’ve been obsessed with finding better, faster ways to get things done. I started as a coach in 2019, then pivoted to offering behind-the-scenes VA services, tech integration, and WordPress support. While helping entrepreneurs tackle their to-dos, I kept spotting smarter ways to run their businesses and wanted to offer more than just task support.

Then I read “Clockwork: Design Your Business to Run Itself” by Mike Michalowicz and everything just clicked. Realizing I could combine my business coaching and operational skills to help entrepreneurs transform their businesses, not just manage tasks. Becoming a Clockwork Certified Partner™ led to me launching Sweatpants & Systems LLC because I believe in having systems that allow you to run your business smoothly while you kick back in your comfiest sweatpants.

With a background in contract administration, tech integration, and a variety of administrative and operational roles, I bring a pretty sweet set of skills to the table if I do say so myself! I’m all about making your business processes run smoothly, integrating the best tech, and offering no-BS guidance that actually helps.
